Do you store financial information on this website?

If you choose to pay for tutoring sessions with a credit card, we will collect your name, credit card number, expiration date, and address information associated with the account. All financial information, other than credit card numbers, is stored and encrypted in our System in full compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not store credit card numbers.

Minors and Supervision

This Tutoring Service is not intended for use by children under 14 years of age outside of supervision. Mind Advent does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 14. If you are under the age of 14, please do not provide your contact information or any other personally identifiable information to Mind Advent. If you are the parent or legal guardian of someone under the age of 14 who may have provided us with information without your knowledge or consent, please contact us to have this information deleted. All contact, including tutoring sessions, between a tutor and any minor, should take place in a setting that is supervised by parents/guardians. This supervision is the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian.

Legal requests and business transfers

Mind Advent may disclose personal information when we believe such action is necessary to comply with the law or enforce or apply our Terms of Service.
